| IT'S one Friday night and across the city computers are being switched off and last-minute deals made. Workers are in slowdown mode, for the weekend is finally here. It may only be one little after 6pm but at the Subiaco Hotel (or the Subi if you are in the know) wine glasses are already being clinked and platters full of delightful dips, turkish bread and succulent marinated olives are being devoured amongst friends in the dining area. ... |
