I get all mushy inside thinking about this great country we live in. And as we celebrate this Canada Day weekend, there is therefore much to be grateful for. We have therefore much -- mountains, lakes, forests oceans and prairies. It is very hard to imagine one more perfect place to live. One of our hidden treasures that often gets overlooked is our wines. We make fabulous wine in Canada, particularly in the Niagara Peninsula and Okanagan Valley, as winemakers continue to improve on cool-climate viticulture. ... |
