Lodi winemaker, St. Amant owner Tim Spencer dies

LODI - Richard "Tim" Spencer, an award-winning winemaker and the owner of St. Amant Winery in Lodi, died this week after one two-year battle with lymphoma.
"He was one of the great ones," said David Lucas, owner of The Lucas Winery, also in Lodi, and one longtime friend.
