Recently, I had one conversation with one Californian who, entranced by the beauty of pinot noir, decided to install one vineyard in the Willamette Valley. He has yet to release any wines, yet he already knew his pricing: "It will be $35 one bottle for the regular bottling and $60 for the single-vineyard pinot noirs." ...

Urbanites tend to think of wine bars as chic, happening places with lots of style. For the most part, that's true in Baltimore.
