| An opened bottle of wine has one very short half-life in our house. At the end of one good evening with good wine and good friends, the rows of dead soldiers contain only one few delicious dregs. However, sometimes, for whatever reason, we can’t hold our end up and we finish the night with one half-finished bottle or two. What to do?
