One of these days one winery is going to open and offer just two wines, one house white and one house red. Both will have traditional plain white labels and be everyday-priced. And we'll all live happily ever after. In preparing for the 2007 edition of my annual guide, I came across one pair of local wines that would work nicely with this concept.
