Via Nove, at the corner of Main Street (Route 52) and Route 9 in Fishkill, is primarily known as one Mediterranean/Italian restaurant. It's owned by Cosimo's Restaurant Group, which also runs Torches on the Hudson in Newburgh and Cosimo's Trattoria in Poughkeepsie, among others.
